today was freaky fnn practical examination day for final years exam. phoooo
at least i know i will at least pass. ^^

so the day went and pass like extremely fast. well 3 of my great friends cry for some weird reasons in which reason will never understand. so well, the day got extremely fast till the starting of the last 2 period which was duh! fnn. so went in and freaked out. the potatoes didn't turn out as expected man ! come lets evaluate here ^^ then i dont have to type them out =P

1st dish white and green broccoli polonaise

the dish turned out relatively well, the vegetables were cooked just nice. however there was a wastage of about half the cooked amount as some parts of the broccolis were spoilt and there was too much on the plate. the taste was nice. however i made the mistake of tearing up the bread instead of the bread crust. however i corrected the mistake before any more damage could be done. the dish turned out pretty well and it tasted all right. the food wasn't too bland or too overpowering. making the dish just right. the garnishing of this dish wasn't good enough and the dish didn't look that appetising.

2nd dish steam sea bass fillet with sauce + baby kailan

this dish turned out better than i expected. i was worried at the start as i wasn't sure whether the steamer would be able to steam fish. however the fish turned out pretty nice. there wasn't any wastage in this dish except the skin. i prepared just enough kailan so that there won't be any wastage. the sauce turned out better than i expected too. overall, i am most satisfied with this dish and i think i did a great job on this dish. The garnishing was just right and the dish looked appetising.

3rd dish potatoes baked in milk

this dish didn't turned out that well. the potatoes were suppose to be golden brown but instead it just looked like boiled potatoes. even after baking in milk its still looked the same. the potatoes didn't turn out as expected and i was worried that it wouldn't be nice. however after adding the whipped cream, the dish turned out better though it looked pretty plain. there wasn't enough garnish left as this dish was the last to reach the display table and thus the dish looked uninviting. however the potatoes tastd absolutely delicious even though it didn't turn out as expected. even after adding the garnish, the dish still look too plain and thus i conclude that i need to add some other food the decorate the dish. however there was none left so i jsut left it as it is.

4th dish tomato alphabet soup

this dish turned out pretty well. i had difficulty at the start trying to open the can as there wasn't any can opener. however i managed to open the can in the end. the dish turned out fine and didn't need any garnishing as it looked appetising enough. the tomatoes were cooked just right and the alphabet pasta wasn't burn.

5th dish summer fruit platter with chocolate dip + creme anglaise

this is another dish that came out pretty well. i am satisfied with this dish as the chocolate dip tasted just nice. the creme anglaise although it didn't turn out as expected, after mxing it in with the choc0late dip, the dip was just heavenly. the honey dew and water melon's flesh were shaped into balls making it easier for holding and dipping. the dish turned out pretty well and furthermore, whipped cream was added beside the strawberries. furthermore there wasn't any wastage on this dish and it turned out pretty well.

today went to school and realised i didn't bring the poa book. oh well. so whatever, nothing much happened in school. the gang were coming over after maths remedial so i was like yes ! but somehow mom had m.c wth than i called her she was at loyang point. effing hell she spoiled my entire mood. so then had to study for p.o.a cause there would be a test like on wed. e maths on trigo and p.o.a on depreciation . trigo isn't that bad for me but the effing p.o.a is like the answers teacher gave was filled with wrong information. everything just doesnt add up! so im damn pissed now. i cant study for p.o.a, i've studied for e maths and i have drama tomorrow. well thats all but i had a seriously wonderful day yesterday.

yesterday

i went out with the only person that i would ever spent the greatest time with. i went out with wet horse tail. (eep dont kill me rach =P im joking seriously) ok so i went out with rachel dont ask me why she is called wet horse tail. she'll skin me alive and then boil me in a pot of sheep soup. we went to watch rush hour 3 and let me tell you the show is dam nice. you should watch it. then we went to walk around and omg la we missed dinner together lol. cool right. in the end we sat at the library talking for like 1hr ++++ yep then i sent her home. i almost killed her on the way back.! she said the ride would be like1 hour ++ in the end her houseis damn bloody close to mine. i shall not reveal where ^^ im too nice to do that.

so thats that i have nothing much to blog about today ^^

therewasneverlove, was when i was feeling empty, totally empty like when there was no one around. now there is someone, someone who finally made a change in my life.



ask why this blog was called therewasneverlove? ever wondered? it began all like this.



some fine years ago on some fine normal day when i was pri 5. i woke up and was about to go to school. then there was stil afternoon session. then mum was at home can't rememeber why. and then witness the thing that was about to happen. that was the day dad passed away. dad has alway been my pillar of strength. everything he did was all for my best interest and i took it for granted, again and again i did the same thing. thinking that my dad would be always there for me. and then he just dissappeared. just like that with one snap of your fingers. he was no longer there. no longer there for me. so then years passed and then i realise. i don't have a single thing that belongs to my dad except that penknife. the set he gave to me. than i was sec 2, and one of my great friends left me. and then the guy appeared and mom changed. she went completely synical and hysterical. then he appeared and naturally i didn't like him. i went like this.



*he just appeared out of nowhere, mum turnned bias when he appeared, he's here to break this family when this family was already broken enough. he's trying to buy me over, i'm never going to call him dad even if it kills me.*



so there it was. and then the whole family started collapsing and i couldn't take it anymore. so i needed to let the world know what is happening and hopefully someone could save me. i couldn't do anything to prevent him and mom from getting together. so i couldn't do anythingi gave up and went back into the silence.



i had already been empty for like 3 years till that year and there they were, making me more empty. i resided into the silence, and put up a brave front infront of my friends. i cried at home when there was nobody around, missing dad and thinking why the world had to turn into this. this state of turmoil where everything was wrong.



then there was that stupid trip that interrupted my wanting of going for STEP. it was the dumb trip. but i sholdn't call it dumb. i met someone that i can finally love.

2 simple words

I'M BACK




ok this is bloody cool. i just got inspired in less than like urm 5 mins lol. ok now we blog !

so i was reading some nice persons blog and i saw this. only love can win over hate. BUT is that necessary true. first we got to consider whether this world has enough love to tackle the hate in this world.

love as we know it ias what makes people go nuts and thus the saying love is blind. as you can see love is something in which that has total full control over people once they are sick. meaninig love sick DUH! ok so than we see love is what causes boys and girls to be together in short relationship and then later marriage yada yada yeda. now are you sure that is because of love and not fondness?

now we move on to a far away topic called fondness. fondness is a word in which refers to this particular person is interested in another party.

now we move on to hate and loveless. why you may ask? its very simple. first im certain you guys heard of this song called where is the love by blacked eye peas well than why the title if there was love in this world. people from mettalic bands why are their song full of shouting. its called hate.

and now this is called fantasies. lets see now in the harry potter book, why did dumbledore keep on emphasising that love is all key. its very simple. love is so powerful that people just get taken over by it.

and what cause loved to suffice. a simple three word would be needed. THE INTRINSIC GENOME. the virus in which resides in all of our bodies. the only virus that can bring either love or hate or whatever you guys do. but there is a counter for this virus in which turns all people to the side in which doesnt exist. THE FREE WILL SIDE. this virus is called THE INTIRNSIC GENOME. so this two viruses it depends. both of them resides in your body but only one key is able to unlock all the love in side and lock the hatred and the sadness in. its called THE SILVER ARROW. with this arrow, the world would be a better place. thus the clan the silver arrow.

so whatever i think i went seriously out of point. k back to the love part well its scientifically proven that if you seriouslty love someone, you would do anything you can do for that person. so love v.s hate well you see this 2 words are in fact seriously urm powerful. you see

heard of love potions?? --> devised by people who lacked love
heard of hatred potions?? ---> no right the people with love would never devise such a thing.
heard of revenge??--> this is caused by love that leads to hate.

now as you see it. the love actallly does nothing. if we see it in a way of humans. love and hate 2 males (IM NOT BEING A SEXIST HERE ITS JUST EASIER TO TYPE MALE)

so love and hate was once great friends. they were of the best of friends. they were under a supernatural master who has all the arts of the entire galaxy. (arts meaning magical powers) what this master knew best was the art of contemporary and mischieve. two in which combined together could bring terrible diasaster on the entire 268 galaxies. so he taught both of his students seperately. contemporary to love and mischieve to hate. then there was a time when the master was on his death bed. death always gets his man no matter what. so he told love to take over the entire galaxy. hate was furious and well a fight broke out and thus the battle of love and hate was formed. so you see love having learned the art of contemporary in which during that time was of love since there was only 3 people in the entire universe, love didnt do a thing towards hate. hate invented loads of stuff and did lots of evil against love. but love never got mad or anything.

well this shows that love is powerful but what in turn would suffice of between hate and love seriously depends on the person. if a person you love died, you;ll get revenge and thus leading to hate. if you hated this person and this person died, you;ll just continue hating him. BUT when this person is dead, you;ll rejoice and thus leading you to love.

its all happens and its all like this. so well who will win, the quiet all love who is always on the defence and the action packed hate who is always on the attack.
